Returns and Exchanges Policy for Kajree, Pune, India

Applicability: Please be informed that our returns and exchanges policy does not apply to products purchased during sale or promotional offer periods.

Initiating the Return or Exchange: To facilitate a return or exchange, you must initiate the process within 15 days of receiving your purchased products. We regret that we are unable to accommodate any refund or exchange requests submitted after this 15-day window.

Product Condition: For a successful return or exchange, the product(s) must remain unused and in the same condition as when initially received. Please note that alterations to the products will render them ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Please acknowledge that Kajree is not responsible for any damage the product(s) sustains after purchase due to normal wear and tear. This includes damages caused by rain, overuse, stains, or other typical wear and tear factors.

Initiating the Process: To commence the return or exchange process, please send an email to care@kajree.com, including a clear description of your reason for the return or exchange. We request that you provide accompanying photos and videos of the product for our reference.

Right to Refuse: Kajree reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the request is found to be invalid. In such cases, we will communicate the relevant rationale for the decision.

Return Procedure: Upon confirmation of the acceptance of your return or exchange request, please securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging using the provided tamper-proof Courier polybag. Our courier partners will arrange to collect the package. You will receive a courier label via email, which must be printed and affixed to the parcel. Please ensure your availability during the scheduled pickup.

Non-Serviceable Pincode: In cases where a pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you are responsible for shipping the parcel to the following address:
Survey No. 691, Ground Floor, Kunte Chowk, Shashikant Gogvale Path, Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra, 411030. After shipping, kindly forward the courier receipt to care@kajree.com, specifying your order details.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days from the date of the product’s return to the Kajree warehouse.
